If you continue to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our "privacy policy" govern IkeList.com's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Ikeslist.com, located in Maryland, U.S.A. engages in the sale of many different items including accordions, musical instruments and accessories, collectibles, antiques, jewelry, watches, etc. We also offer help and how-to advice related to some of the things we deal in. The advice is offered with the understanding that it is not guaranteed to work or to be safe to follow. All advice or how-to information is used at your own risk.

Except as otherwise indicated in the product listing, IkeList.com will only be liable for the refund of the product price upon return of said product, in the condition and time limit specified, 15 calendar days unless otherwise stated in the listing. Consequential claims related to the product will not be entertained; sole liability is limited to the price we received for the product. Shipping may not be refunded, or only at our sole discretion.

Some products are sold only as collectibles and curiosities, and may not be safe to use or play with. You the purchaser are responsible for determining if the product has been recalled or not, and you will use the product at your own risk.

Product are generally guaranteed and returnable, except when otherwise stated in the listing and description. Products or items which have been altered or abused, may not be eligible for a refund, at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled by IkesList.com or by the purchaser before it has been shipped, and it has not been shipped when we receive the notification, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Returns are accepted with the return shipping expense bourne by the purchaser, unles otherwise agreed by IkesList.com, and should be returned only with our prior authorization.

The purchaser of any product or service from IkesList.com is solely responsible for taxes placed on such product or service by any other state or country, than by the State of Maryland.

This agreeement is subject to the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A.
